Various publications on the legal history of the A.R., with special reference to criminal law and criminal law proceedings. Recent publications deal with the Brabant bailiff and the provost marshal of the low countries, a trial in Brabant, pilgrimages sentenced by Brabant judges. During the past year, a book was published on late mediaeval pilgrimages to the Holy Land. This research is continued and broadened to cover alternative destinations imposted by the courts.
