The main goal of this research is to examine the influence of regionalization on the institutionalization of the social economic dialogue in Belgium. The Flemish level will be focused on, with emphasis on the foundation, the activities en the specific identity of one consultative and advisory body in particular, Flanders Social and Economic Council (SERV).
