Research focus: Quality of working life and organisational per- formance; Division of labour in and between organisations and their personnel policy; Flexibility, innovation and enduring enterpriseship; Labour market and labour market policy with specific attention to migrants; Impact of ICT's on organisations and the labour market. The research group focusses on three main topics. A first deals with the integration of migrantson the labour market. It inclu- des internationally comparative research on racism on the work- floor, statistical demarcation of target groupsfor labour market analysis, management of diversity, company initiatives with re- gard to recruitment of migrants, ethnical enterpriseship as well as labour market policy towards migrants.
