The main activities of our research group are related to the development of new and improved materials systems and advanced production methods. The research focus is on alloy systems as well as on novel materials such as nanomaterials, coatings and thin films.
The Materials Physics (IMOMAF) research group focuses on developing innovative solutions to successfully bridge the gap between fundamental research and industrially compatible materials systems and processes. This is done in a wide range of fields, from nano and quantum physics to electronics, advanced sensing, and healthcare materials.
