The research group focuses on industrial ecosystems such as the digital sector, renewable energy and energy-intensive industries with a focus on the manufacturing and process industries, their raw materials, auxiliaries, waste materials, by-products, intermediates, semi-finished and finished products and their influence on their environment, more specifically the influences man-machine, man-company and machine-company.
