A real-time (quantitative) PCR and digital PCR system
The focus will be on reproducibility, sensitivity, ease of use, and speed, particularly for applications involving the detection of low abundance targets in low input samples. The systems will primarily be used for measuring low abundance targets as part of biomarker discovery.
qPCR system:

-all-in-one (single) instrument (compact for limited bench space) for partitioning, thermal cycling, and reading;
-microfluidics technology;
-ease of use and automated partitioning of samples;
-minimal risk of crossover contamination.
-wide dynamic range (high sensitivity and specificity) to allow for the detection and quantification of both low- and high-abundance targets within the same sample;
-reproducibility across different user setups, ensuring reliability for various applications;
-multiplexing capability, allowing for the simultaneous detection and quantification of multiple targets in a single reaction;
-universal master mix, compatible with a wide range of DNA templates, capable of detecting low-abundance targets with high sensitivity, and supporting multiplex PCR with a wide dynamic range;
-low sample input; of which high percentage can be analyzed;
-short workflow;
-working environment: temperature 15-30˚C;
-PC with user-friendly software; with advanced error correction, normalization algorithms and statistical analysis;
