Interdisciplinary Database on International Political, Economic and Legal Development

The aim of this project is to create an infrastructure that stimulates the development of interdisciplinary research. Data comes from different sources, such as academic institutions, international intergovernmental and private organizations, as well as some in-house developed datasets. As an integrated database, HerculesDB combines data from different sources and provides a unified view of this data. It  standardizes data according to the same codification, allowing researchers to merge and compare data from these different sources in a shorter period of time.
