The principal objects of research in the department of Constitutional and Administrative Law are: 1. The different forms of co-operation between the different entities of the Belgian State (federal State, Regions and Communities); 2. The different forms of public interests and economic participation by public authorities (economic public law); 3. The public-private and public-public partnerships; 4. The procedures before the administrative judges and courts in Belgium, with special attention for the different forms of illegality that can be raised before the Council of State. 5. The legal aspects of the organisation and management of local authorities.
