On-going evaluation of Axis 1 of the Federal ESF Operational Programme (2007-2013) and ex ante evaluation of the programme 2014-2020.
The ongoing evaluation of Axis 1 (2007-2013) will examine the context, the relevance of the proposed actions, conditionalities and outcomes. The ex ante evaluation will examine the priorities, the intervention logic and outcome indicators of the programme 2014-2020. A mix of methods will be used (literature review, document analysis, workshops, analysis of quantitative and qualitative data).
