ESF5642 SamenLoopbaan (‘Joint Career’)
SamenLoopbaan is a project sponsored by ESF ‘Innovation through Exploration’ funding. It had been implemented by a consortium consisting of the Flemish PES (VDAB) and the three trade unions, with HIVA in the role of knowledge worker. The goal is to come (through research, development and concept testing) to a new service which caters for the needs of victims of collective dismissals and redundancies. This new service called Plan T aims to help the target group to overcome the obstacles which are blocking the way to a better employability and a new job.
