Qerim Qerimi

  • Research Expertise:My broader expertise is on the areas of international law, international law of human rights, international organizations and international development. More specifically, my current research is focused on the interaction of law and policy in the arenas of human rights and information and communications technology, development law, and rule of law and global constitutional justice. I am currently involved in research that is quintessentially linked to global justice and development. I have recently completed and published research on contemporary cosmopolitan constitution-making, as well as protection of groups of people from mass expulsion. In this latter context, I have focused on the more specific issue of ‘ethnic cleansing’. Further, I have also worked on a topic that seeks to understand the legal and practical meaning of human dignity provisions, with an emphasis on countries or societies in transition. Additionally, I have conducted research and published on international law and digital technologies and such technologies and development.
