Study of sers properties of solid substrates suitable for analysis of individual carbon environmental particles.

The task of project is to study the Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) properties of the solid substrates (Ag and Al foil, Au layer on a glass and Si wafer) for detection of carbon content in atmospheric individual particles. Two kinds of investigations will be performed: detection of thin layers of carbon deposited on investigated solid substrates and carbon content on artificial inorganic particles on the same solid substrates.
