Docent @ Ned: an online learning environment for Nt2 teachers

In this project, we want to design a dynamic online learning environment in which Nt2 teachers receive input on second language acquisition, but also receive assignments that encourage experimentation in their own classroom context and interaction with other participants. Innovative is that scientific insights from both research into second language acquisition and the professionalisation of NT2 teachers will form the basis for this valorisation initiative. Because teachers will have the opportunity to go through this online learning environment autonomously and via a blended formula, the online learning environment will also fill an important gap within the current support offer, which mainly goes face-to-face.
