MIMIP: Economic / technical feasibility study to quickly and effectively measure specific peptides via a MIP-based sensor at dairy farmers or in the dairy farm (R-8867)

The project MiMIP is an economical and technical feasibility study with the aim to measure specific peptides in an quick and effective manner at dairy farmers or in the diary industry, via the use of a MIP-based sensor. These specific peptides are indicators for the presence of heat-resistant peptidases, causing quality problems of the milk. The MiMIP project runs in collaborationg with FlandersFood and the "het Instituut voor Landbouw en Visserij-Onderzoek (ILVO)" (the technology and nutrition department).
