Immunomonitoring of patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma treated with a tumor mutanome-targeted dendritic cell vaccine

In this project we will study the induction of neoantigen specific T cell responses by neoantigen loaded dendritic cell vaccinations in patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma and correlate these responses with clinical course. In addition, the presence of a recently described innate, PD1+CD8αα+ T-cell population will be studied in tumor lesions.
