A multicenter randomized controlled study comparing connective tissue graft with collagen matrix to re-establish convexity at the buccal aspect of single dental implants

Soft tissue augmentation procedures have been recommended to re-establish convexity at the buccal aspect of dental implants. Connective tissue graft is the gold standard but morbidity and patient discomfort have been described. Recently, a collagen matrix has been developed. The primary objective of this RCT is to compare both in terms of increase and stability of buccal soft
tissue profile.
