InFLOOD: A study about the Influence of Food Media on Food Consumption Patterns in Flanders (InFLOOD)

1) provide insights and knowledge about the influence of food media (defined as all mass communication about food and eating with the exception of traditional advertising campaigns and / or information and health campaigns) on food consumption in Flanders;


2) to set up an independent nutrition knowledge and communication platform where evidence-based information about nutrition and related nutrition guidelines can be checked and validated;


3) set up a business platform (database and learning network) that forms the bridge between food industry companies and media companies to jointly set up more effective and efficient communication campaigns on (new) food products
