Train the trainees : Train future trainers in radiation protection and nuclear technology (R-9593)

A 2 years Erasmus+ strategic partnership 'Train the future trainers in nuclear technology and radiation protection' will focus on new challenges in educational approach. The blended learning process will be based on 6 previous developed academic e-learning modules and 6 optimized on-site training modules at different international partners. Moreover, the development of most soft skills as well as specialized technical skills needs interaction by incorporating academic and generic skills. These generic skills, as SDGs and soft skills together with trainer skills, are becoming very important for the near future nuclear engineers. Different innovative ways will be explored and adopted to define a new methodological approach.
