From digital zero-thickness models to physical scale models

Book Contribution - Book Chapter Conference Contribution

Scissor structures can transform between a compact and an expanded state. Scale models can greatly improve insight in the behaviour of the these complex mechanisms. This paper presents the fabrication process of several scale models built to verify a newly developed theory on angulated scissor structures.
