Wellbeing and mental health of early career researchers in Flanders

The growing conversation about wellbeing and mental health of early career researchers has helped to raise awareness, but it has also underscored gaps in research and lack of consensus about how to respond. The current project addresses these gaps, focussing on the complex interplay between determinants at the organisational and individual level.
