The role of non-coding RNA in juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia

Juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia is an aggressive form of leukemia that affects infants and young children, with as only treatment option a stem cell transplantation. In this project, we wish to evaluatie whether non-coding RNA molecules can be used as diagnostic tool and prognostic markers or be potential therapeutic targets.
