PDE4D: a novel target in the treatment of progressive multiple sclerosis (R-10210)

In a first phase, we aim to identify therapeutically relevant PDE4D isoforms to pave the way towards novel compound development, setup innovative screening assays in-house, and advance the proof-of-concept of PDE4D inhibition to target pMS. Phase 2 will move into an industrial setting where we will also setup challenging screening assays and further investigate the therapeutic potential for the compounds that were elected based on phase 1.
