Study on the role of LRP4 in the regulation of Wnt signaling and bone formation.
Genetic studies demonstrated that variation in LRP4 has an important role in the regulation of bone mass both in monogenicand complex disorders. As a consequence, the main objective of this study is to further elucidate the mechanism whereby LRP4 regulates the Wnt signaling pathway.
