Cryo-CMOS circuits for the Einstein Telescope

The Einstein telescope will be a new generation gravitational detector operating in a cryogenic environment. The aim of this project is to design Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), in standard CMOS technology, able to work in such extreme environment, and also to improve the state-of-the-art in integrated circuit design for extremely low temperatures.
