Novel Integrated Biorefinery Concepts for a Carbon Neutral Bio-Economy(NIBCON) (NIBCON)

The NIBCON project fits in with the MOONSHOT Research Trajectory Bio-Based Chemistry (MOT1), focusing on the development of sustainable technology to realize a shift from fossil-based raw materials to biomass. The research will give rise to unique, bio-based raw materials with added value, which in turn will lead to unique, sustainable, safe and improved products. The project focuses on specific lignocellulose-based RCF biorefining and downstream separation technology.
