Electrically injected colloidal quantum dot laser

We recently demonstrated lasing from hybrid lasers built by embedding colloidal quantum dots in a Silicon Nitride matrix. These lasers were optically pumped. To make the step towards electrically injection, this project will develop a new matrix to form the waveguide stack, relying on ALD deposited ZnO and organic layers.
