How contracts and control systems can stimulate creativity and collaboration in partnerships

 In my doctoral dissertation in management accounting, I will research how contracts influence creativity and collaboration in partnerships between firms. I will analyze various contracts of partnerships and create metrics to investigate how these contracts influence different aspects of creativity.
