Disease-associated protein alterations in semantic variant primary progressive aphasia

This proteomic study is multidisciplinary in nature, combining clinical expertise and post mortem brain imaging together with in-depth pathological protein investigations. As recent evidence suggest that selectivity vulnerability of the temporal lobe might start in medial rather than in lateral regions, this work will also challenge existing paradigms of SV PPA
