expertise encoding in self-learning machines to improve decision making quality

Research Challenge: Self/Active learning systems learns from different knowledge sources such as historical data, external data sources, internal documents etc, however, the best learning for her will be from human experts. This is what we call as expertise encoding. The best way to learn from experts is 1) get experts to work with such systems.  2) trace and document the decision making process to understand what factors influence their decisions. My research focus in going to be in these two research areas.
