Project

KU Leuven Instituut for Mobility (LIM)

LIM is an interdisciplinary collaboration addressing challenges in the domain of mobility by taking into account three forces: technological developments, societal trends, and individual needs. A diverse set of expertise is obtained by participating members of Science, Engineering and Technology (SET), Humanities and Social Sciences, and Biomedical Sciences, bringing together 8 faculties, more than 10 departments and 7 KU Leuven locations. This bundles unique competences needed to take a leading role in mobility research related to transport infrastructure and public space, logistics, environment and public health.
