Temperate food forests: quantifying ecosystem services delivered by this emerging multifunctional land use to evaluate its potential in an agricultural context

This project responds to the need for more research evaluating the potential of the increasingly popular temperate food forests. It consists of an analysis of temperate food forests, an observational and experimental investigation of the delivery of supporting (soil health), regulating (carbon stock) and provisioning (food production) ecosystem services and a cost-benefit analysis of temperate food forests.
