Analysis and exploration of novel treatment approaches for muscular disease in cystinosis.

The project aims to generate 2D cell- and 3D mini-muscle models of cystinosis  muscle in order to obtain insights into the disease pathogenesis of cystinosis in muscles and for later use in treating novel therapies.
