Research into attracting and retaining good staff in Protected Housing/Social Support in the Netherlands

The organization Kwintes has the need, through scientific research, (1) to gain insight into what is concretely happening among their employees and (2) to be able to compare these results with similar organizations in the field of Protected Housing/Social Shelter. Furthermore, Kwintes expects to receive suggestions based on this research (3) about how the organization can focus more on a more sustainable employability of personnel.
