Project

Enhancing the transdisciplinary capacity for situated creative practices.

This trajectory proposes to foster an articulation between two research units of LUCA School of Arts -Image and Inter-Actions- and one of KU Leuven’s Faculty of Architecture -Urban Design, Urbanism, Landscape and Planning-. In the first stage, I will do a month-long residency at each research unit (including a workshop/seminar) and a final joint seminar in the form of an ‘open school’; this will result in the creation of a joint research line on situated (time and site-specific) creative practices. Building upon this articulation and the new research line, for the second stage I will engage in the joint drafting of a MSCA DN proposal focused on the creation of a EU-wide doctoral training network on situated creative practices, together with other institutions with relevant experience in the subject.
