Project

N-tert-Butanesulfinyl imidates as novel building blocks in the synthesis of bioactive compounds

The goal of this project is the evaluation of chiral N-tert-butanesulfinyl imidates as novel nucleophiles in addition reactions with a range of aldehydes, ketones and imines, in Michael additions and Michael-induced ring closure reactions (MIRC) with electrophilic alkenes, in the synthesis of a variety of biologically important chiral heterocycles and U+F061-, U+F062-, U+F067-, U+F061,U+F062-di-, U+F061,U+F067-di- and U+F061,U+F062,U+F067-triamino acids.
