Durable coatings for glass sheets

With this project, Advanced Materials Group Michiels BVBA (GMAM) realize a prototype of a new window film that has enhanced durability and exterior can be applied. In addition there will be explored in order to keep as simple as possible the maintenance of these films by building an easy-to-clean functionality. Moreover, also prepares the next phase of this project, 140 454 and this project, through the development of installations on an industrial scale to produce the low-e film. If successful, this will lead to an accelerated implementation of the UV-resistant window film.
