Project

Attention direction and task performance with domain model patterns

We investigate the research hypothesis that the use of patterns in domain models acts as an attention management mechanism. Using eye-tracking as a novel research method in domain modeling, the project tests this research hypothesis and investigates whether attention direction facilitated by patterns affects task performance.
