Identification of immunomodulating factors affecting T cell plasticity in upper airways
In this project, we will systematically characterize Treg and T effector cell subsets in human nasal infection model. And further experiment will be planned to study wether the upregulation of Foxp3 by SOCS3 silencing is effective in suppressing inflammation.
