Influence of cultivation conditions and genotype on the composition and applicablitity of wheat

The central objective is to investigate the technological potential of wheat varieties with variable starch properties in Flanders. Besides the influence of the genotype, it will also be investigated if the starch properties can be controlled through technical interventions during the cultivation. The selection of suitable wheat varieties is interesting because of their technological applicability in different and varying industries.
