Operational Analytics

This research project, a collaboration between Brussels Airport and KU Leuven, sets out to develop the next generation of data analytics techniques for improving operational efficiency. In particular, the research will focus on improving currently available predictive process monitoring techniques, a subdomain of the field of process mining, in order to realize real-time data-driven operational decision making. Given the industry collaboration, direct application and evaluation of the developed research artefacts in practice is guaranteed.
