Project

Sustainable return-to-work after a burn-out or a depression

In this research we will use the Medical Research Council Framework (MRC), for the development of complex interventions as a framework for our study. In this project we aim to:1) investigate which determinants play a role in making RTW after common mental disorders (CMD) sustainable with a prospective cohort study, 2) create an intervention that supports SRTW among CMD-patients. To create this intervention, we will use an innovative user-centered approach, in which the end-users will be involved in every step of the process to co-create the intervention. We use the principles of Design Thinking to create a prototype of the intervention. This involves a research (exploration)- and prototyping (development)-phase.
