The Centre of Expertise for Labour market Monitoring (CELM) - 'Steunpunt Werk' in Dutch - is a university-based knowledge centre for the monitoring and analysis of the labour market, acting on behalf of the Flemish Government. The Centre is situated at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the KU Leuven.
CELM focuses on the development of indicators, time series, projections and benchmark analyses related to the Flemish labour market. With these activities it aims at a better understanding of the Flemish labour market and a data-based orientation of the Flemish employment policy. The Centre also actively promotes the further development of relevant databases and serves as a hub for the dissemination of labour market information.
