Project

The anatomical, functional and pain determinants in EDS-HT patients with symptomatic shoulder instability, and the effect of a patient-centered rehabilitation program

The purpose is to unravel the anatomical / structural and functional parameters of the shoulder in patients with hypermobile Ehlers-Dahlos Syndrome (hEDS) having shoulder instability, by a comparison with a healthy control group and a group with hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD). In addition, the effect of a patient-oriented rehabilitation program will be examined, in comparison with standard care.
