BioMiMedics : New Biodegradable Biomedical Materials for Clinical Applications. Integration of Biomaterials Engineering with Fiber- and Textile Technology Towards Improved Wound Dressings and Scaffolds for Regenerative Medicine. (R-3135)
BioMiMedics is a consortium of six academic institutions from the region of Aachen, Liege, Maastricht and Hasselt. The Biomedical Research Institute (BIOMED) and the Institute for Materials Research (IMO IMOMEC) of Hasselt University utilize within BioMiMedics their expertise in polymer materials and molecular recognition in the areas of biodegradable materials and regenerative medicine.
