Development of the local conservation status (LSVI) habitat types calculation module

A calculation of the local conservation status (LSVI) of habitat types is required in the context of, among other things, PAS DPB, monitoring the quality of Natura 2000 habitats on a Flemish scale and reporting to Europe. There is also a question of publicising the LSVI criteria and indicators themselves. For these purposes, we are developing an indicator database that contains all information about the LSVI criteria (versions 2 and 3) and an R-package that on the one hand makes the information from the reports available and on the other hand calculates the LSVI for a specified set of vegetation data based on 'calculation rules' stored in the indicator database.
