Encima de mí or encima mío? On the Grammatical Variation in Spatial Adverbial Expressions in Peninsular Spanish

This projects examines the grammatical variation in a series of spatial adverbial expressions which are followed by a noun phrase in Peninsular Spanish. Specifically, it aims at the systematic analysis of the semantic-pragmatic and syntactic properties of two variants, encima de mí and encima mío, in a comparative diatopic perspective.
