Evaluation of the Decree of 10 June 2016 regulating certain aspects of alternating courses

The research has the following objectives:

1) drawing up a state of affairs of existing (evaluation) research, relevant for the Alternative Training Agreement (ODL) decree and

2) the implementation of a process evaluation of a number of provisions stated in the ODL decree, namely:
* process of agreements: types of agreements, training plan and (early) termination of agreements
* commitments, rights and obligations of the parties and learning allowance
* process of recognition, recognition of companies
