Evaluation research on the implementation of the budget for basic support for persons with disabilities.

The central aim of this research is the monitoring and primary evaluation of the phased implementation of the budget for basic support (BOB) for persons with disabilities. The main research question is: for whom and for which the BOB is used for, where are opportunities and bottlenecks and which actions for improvement can be formulated.
