Great Power conflict in the Arctic: A qualitative analysis of the changed context
The proposed research aims to map the evolution of the foreign policy of the Great Powers towards the Arctic. As a result, the first objective is to asses the empirical reality of the theory of Arctic exceptionalism. Second, the proposed research aims to explain why there is great power competition today.
