Low-Power Analog Equalization Structures for Complex Modulated 100 Gbps Coherent-Optical and Terahertz Wireless Communication

The main limitation of current high-speed optical and wireless communication technologies, is the increasing dominance of channel imperfections. To overcome this, this projects aims to fabricate a high speed (100 Gbps), low power (100mW) real-time analog equalizer for fiber-optic and wireless communication in a CMOS technology. This equalizer should be adaptive to follow channel fluctuations in real time.
